1. Starting from 14 March 2021 21:00 UTC hours all passengers that are 6 years old and older will be required to fill 'Traveler Entry Form" through 'register.health.gov.tr' website within the last 72 hours prior to departure of their inbound flight to Turkey. Airline companies are required to check that this entry form is filled either on mobile device of the passenger or on paper print-out.

2. This requirement is not applicable for transit/transfer passengers and crew.
